Yes, I understand the pet policy is as follows: Well behaved dogs under 35 lbs allowed with additional pet deposit of $500 and $50 extra fee per month. 1 or 2 cats is also allowed with additional pet deposit of $500 and additional $50 monthly fee. Reptiles or small birds allowed with no additional fee. Fishtanks do require $250 pet deposit and $50 monthly fee due to risk of water damage.
